Rhubarb Raspberry Oatmeal

English Recipe (makes 2 bowls)

3/4 cup oats
1 1/4 cups plantmilk
1 tbsp rice syrup
2 rhubarb stalks
1 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)
4 tbsp Buckwheat spreads
1 tsp bourbon vanilla
Fruits of choice for the topping

Wash, peel and cook the rhubarb with some water and the rice syrup and put it in your blender together with the raspberries. Cook the oats with the milk or use overnight oats. Mix the rhubarb and the oatmeal, fill it in two bowls and top with fresh fruits and spreads.
