Quinoa Salad


English Recipe:


(4 servings)


1 cup green salad

3/4 cup quinoa

1 cup water

¼ cucumber

3-4 radishs

2 hand full berries

1 hand full spreads

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds


1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp mustard

1 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch of horseradish

1 tbsp lemon juice

salt & pepper


Wash the quinoa first, than cook it 10-15 minutes. Add salt.

Wash the salad ingredients, cut them and add the quinoa. Mix all ingredients for the vinaigrette except of the oil. Now add the oil. Top the salad with the vinaigrette and the pumpkin seeds.  .
