Pumpkin Soup with Ginger

Recipe:

1 Hokkaido pumpkin
1 sweet potato
1 carrot
3 onions
Piece of ginger
Vegetable stock
Salt & pepper
Pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin oil

Cook all ingredients except for the pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil for about 15-20 min in about 750 ml water. Purée the soup until smooth. Serve with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil.
