300g dark chocolate with at least 70% cacao (=3 chococlate bars)
Instead of ready made chocolate you can make your own chocolate with this recipe:
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Peanut butter or nut butter of your choice.
Melt the coconut oil and the cacao butter in a water bath. While stirring add the other ingredients and mix well. If you use ready made chocolate just melt it. Pour a little mixture into small muffin forms or paper cases and refrigerate until set. Add a tsp of nut butter and then pour over more of the chocolate mix until the peanut butter is covered. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or freeze dried fruits of your choice and refrigerate again. Enjoy!
