Infused water

Infused waters are such an easy and healthy idea to vary the taste of water and to drink enough water like this everyday. You can add every fruit you like as well as herbs and some veggies. These ingredients give your water a delicious flavor and many nutrients but as it’s almost without any calories it’s a much healthier way to stay hydrated than with lemonades or juices.

You can combine 1-2 fruits with herbs like mint leaves, basil leaves or rosemary and/ or veggies like cucumber, ginger or turmeric. Just add the sliced fruits and veggies into the water and wait at least 30 minutes before you drink it. You can also leave it in the fridge for the whole day or over night.
