Soy yoghurt with fresh strawberry purée and blueberry purée, topped it with fresh berries. You can add a bit of vanilla extract to the yogurt if you like.
Did you know that supposedly healthy (ready made) fruit yogurts can contain more sugar than icecream ore biscuits and many of them only have the flavor but don't even contain real fruits?
That's why it's much better to have a pot of natural unsweetened yogurt in the fridge and fresh fruits and make a fresh fruit purée before you want to eat it. Then you have no added sugar, no artificial flavors and no artificial colorings.
This is a strawberry – blueberry – vanilla yogurt with real fruits and without added sugar. Berries are very low in sugar and they have a low glycemic index.
