Recipe Energy bars

2 cups oats
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup rice syrup
1 3/4 cups coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
1/3 cup cacao nibs
Place the oats, almonds and seeds on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until goldenly brown. Mix with the other ingredients. Line a brownie form with parchment and pour the mixture in the brownie form. Bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees celsius (320 Fahrenheit). Let cool down and cut into bars. You can keep them in the fridge for 2 weeks.
