Chia Berry Parfaits

ENGLISH RECIPE

Berrylicious Chia and White Chocolate Parfaits

(for 4 persons)

1 cup raspberries

1 tsp bourbon vanilla

1 cup soy yoghurt

2 tbsp melted white vegan chocolate

4 tbsp chia seeds

250ml almond milk

1 tbsp rice syrup

1 tsp bourbon vanilla

2 tbsp dark chocolate

Melt the white chocolate. Blend the raspberries for just a few seconds. Blend the soy yoghurt and the melted white chocolate until well combined, add the raspberries and stir. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Mix chia seeds with milk, vanilla and rice syrup and let soak overnight in the fridge or for at least 30 minutes.

Layer both mixtures into jars and top with berries and melted chocolate.
