3 Smoothie recipes


Red Smoothie:

1 beetroot (cooked)

1 cup berries (fresh or frozen)

½ Mango

1 ripe banana

1 cup water or coconut water

Pink Smoothie:

1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup soy yogurt

vanilla extract

1/2 cup almond milk

Green Smoothie:

1 cup pineapple

1/2 cup spinach

1/2 cup cocnut water or normal water

5-10 basil leaves

Juice of one lime



Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy. You can keep the smoothies in the fridge for about 2 days. You can add other substitutes like seeds, nut butter, spreads, superfood powders, protein powder to make them even more nutritious.
